[Question] How to open youtube links from reddit in YT Vanced ?
They go in the internal browser of reddit by default rather than Vanced app. Went to settings to disable the Open links in app option, but still no success.
Using Reddit Relay app - how to get Vanced to work for YouTube links?
This is what I see I'm new to Vanced. On my phone I went and uninstalled the updated for the stock YouTube app and disabled it, and set Vanced to default. This is on the Galaxy s10. Now when I open YouTube links on Reddit I get this. Any help? Much appreciated!!!

I absolutely hate clicking on a Reddit video and it taking me to Youtube
I don't know why but it is my biggest pet peeve. I don't want to go to a different app, sit through one of their ads just to watch most likely a 30 second to 1 min meme video or dog video. I hate it so much. videos is my least favorite sub for this reason. Just thought I should share if anyone else has this same irrational issue haha
Amanda Huber Details the Timeline to Brodie Lee's Illness on AEW Unrestricted
Podcast Link - give it a listen if you can, but it's a tough one.
Monday (no specific date is given, but through process of elimination, this is likely October 19th)
On the day of Brodie Lee recording the AEW Unrestricted Podcast, he was on his Peloton bike but was unable to finish his workout, citing a shortness of breath. This was very unusual for him, and concerned about the possibility of Covid-19, Amanda took his temperature and checked his senses of taste and smell, but it all seemed normal.
Tuesday
He tried the workout again, with the same result.
Wednesday
He drove to Jacksonville for Dynamite tapings. He tested negative for Covid-19, but due to his symptoms, Doc Sampson did not feel confident allowing him inside their bubble, so he drove back home.
As a precaution, Brodie quarantined in his bedroom, away from Amanda and the kids.
Thursday
He developed a high fever. Amanda kept him hydrated but he was not eating.
Additionally, he got a nasal swab test. The results came back Sunday, and were negative.
Friday
Went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with Bronchitis and allergies. Brodie & Amanda didn't agree with that diagnosis. Brodie said that he felt like he had pneumonia.
He was prescribed an oral antibiotic, an oral steroid, and allergy medication.
Sunday
Brodie was showing visible signs of distress. His face was sunken in.
They went to the hospital. He was leaning on Amanda as they were walking, as he was having trouble. Amanda told him to sit down and that they should get a wheelchair, but Brodie refused.
They took him back to triage. They checked his temperature, but at that time his fever had gone away. They checked his oxygen multiple times (with multiple machines), as they didn't believe the result. His oxygen level was 52 (normal is ~100, an asthma attack is ~85). He was rushed back to be put on oxygen.
The doctors suspected Covid-19, and he was tested again (the third time, so far). Again, the results were negative.
Amanda notes that his health seemed to have ups and downs over this timespan. Sometimes he would seem okay, but other times he clearly wasn't.
Wednesday
He was taken to the ICU so that they could keep a better eye on him.
At this point, various people at AEW were aware of Brodie's health issues, as it was known that he was sent home from work. Chris Harrington in particular (a long-time friend of the Hubers) reached out to them offering their help. Amanda initially declined. This was at least in part due to Amanda wanting to keep things close to the vest, as they tended to live a private life and she did not want this to end up in the dirt sheets.
October 31st (Halloween)
The doctor told her that they needed to transfer Brodie to another hospital outside of Tampa. They opted for the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, since she knew they had some connections through AEW in Jacksonville.
The reasoning for the transfer was described as 'a matter of life or death.' He needed to go on an ECMO machine as well as possibly needing a lung transplant.
Brodie was still conscious at this point, but they told Amanda she shouldn't see him now because she was clearly emotional and they worried it would just upset and make things worse for Brodie. She was told to go back home and pack a bag and come back.
As an aside, Brodie Jr wanted to be Orange Cassidy for Halloween. Amanda initially thought that was silly and that nobody would know who Orange Cassidy was, but one of Brodie's last words were "Go buy him a fucking denim jacket." Amanda hand-painted a Brodie Lee costume for Nolan to wear. They were especially looking forward to this Halloween, since it was going to be Brodie's first one home with the family.
Later That Same Day
Amanda did not want to lie to Brodie Jr and tell him that everything would be okay, but instead tried to focus on the positives: that his dad was going to the best hospital in Florida where they would try to take good care of him.
She took pictures of her boys in their costumes so that she could show them to Brodie when she got to the hospital (you can see them on Instagram here)
Just as she was about to pack her bag to go back to the hospital she received a call that he "crashed and was intubated."
When she arrived to his hospital room she said it was "horrifying to look at." The room was trashed and he had a tube down his throat. She had to sit in the conference room as they awaited the flight transfer. Around 1am they boarded the plane and flew to Jacksonville.
November 1st
Brodie was placed on an ECMO machine and being prepped for surgery.
Amanda had to stay at a hotel in Jacksonville. Despite wanting to handle it on her own, AEW insisted on covering the costs of the hotel.
Amanda commends the nurses and staff at the Mayo Clinic for how kind and compassionate they were - not only in helping Brodie, but in helping her and keeping her informed. As someone who doesn't like receiving help from others, Amanda takes a moment to talk about how she has benefitted from medication and therapy to help get her through these difficult times.
November 9th
Amanda signed paperwork to start the lung transplant process for Brodie.
Amanda came to talk to AEW. They asked her how they wanted to handle this, and she told them that she wanted to keep all of this private. She offered to speak to the locker room personally, to hopefully "guilt" them into not letting this information leak out. Both Amanda and Aubrey mention routinely checking places like Reddit to see if the information had leaked.
At some point at the Mayo Clinic he was tested for Covid-19 again. This time, via a "bronchial wash," a method the clinic had used in the past to discover Covid cases that otherwise did not appear via traditional tests. Again, the result was negative.
November 14th (Amanda's birthday)
The nurses had made a banner and surprised Amanda with a birthday cake.
End of November
Brodie had begun showing signs of getting better. They had performed a tracheotomy so that Brodie could be removed from the ventilator. He was able to wake up and non-verbally communicate with Amanda (smiling, mouthing words). He started physical therapy and things were looking up.
Instead of the ventilator, he was put on oxygen. Unfortunately, he suffered a panic attack, which is when things took a turn for the worse.
December
She knew there were going to be setbacks (2 steps forward, 1 step back), but in December things seemed to just continually get worse and worse.
They wanted to revisit the idea of a lung transplant. It was described to her as Brodie needing either a "lung transplant or end of life care."
While in the hospital, Brodie got an infection in his lungs. She found out about this sometime around December 13th, her and Brodie's wedding anniversary.
December 16th (Brodie's birthday)
Chris Jericho flew Brodie Jr up to Jacksonville on his private jet. He got to attend a live episode of Dynamite that night, which was a big deal to him as he was such a big wrestling fan, and aside from having his dad home, was the second thing he wanted most for Christmas.
That night, Amanda was expecting to receive a phone call on the decision as to whether or not Brodie would receive a lung transplant. She didn't hear anything, which she assumed meant it would be a "no." This was later confirmed to the case, as it was declined by the transplant doctors, but one other doctor was adamant in wanting to exhaust every option and not give up.
December 23rd
Over the past week or so they were turned down by some other transplant centers, and still waiting to hear back from some others.
Amanda decided to go home for a few days to spend time with her kids for Christmas.
She said that she would call to check in every day, but did not want to hear from the hospital otherwise. "I don't want to hear any bad news."
December 24th (Christmas Eve)
Despite her requests, she received a phone call from a doctor (one she wasn't particularly a fan of) saying that they needed to begin end of life care. At this point, Brodie's kidneys and heart were failing. Amanda refused to come back to Jacksonville, as she was determined to spend Christmas with her children - despite the risk that she may not be there when Brodie passes.
December 25th (Christmas Day)
Some family had flown in and they tried to have a normal Christmas day, despite the obvious difficulties.
That night, along with her brother-in-law and sister-in-law they flew back to Jacksonville. The kids were staying with her mother-in-law, and drove up the next day.
She called Cody Rhodes (who had been close with Amanda throughout the whole process, and who has the experience of having a larger-than-life father pass away) and Big E (Brodie Jr's favorite wrestler) to see if they would be willing to come to the hospital and be there when she had to tell Brodie Jr about his father's passing.
December 26th (Brodie Lee's passing)
Cody, Big E, Shawn Spears, Peyton Royce, Tyler Breeze, and Margaret and Megha from AEW's PLegal team (who had been very supportive of Amanda throughout this ordeal - the former who had brought food to her hotel room and the latter who invited her to Thanksgiving dinner) all came to the hospital to say goodbye to Brodie.
Cody, Big E, and Amanda went back to the hotel to talk to Brodie Jr about his father's passing.
The official cause of death was determined to be "idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis." The term "idiopathic" is used when the cause of a disease is not known. "Pulmonary fibrosis" is a scarring of the lungs. She is still awaiting a full autopsy report, which could provide additional insight.
December 30th (Brodie Lee Celebration of Life)
No official service was held for Brodie, due to Covid-19.
"AEW's celebration of life - that was his funeral."
"The outpouring of love from the wrestling community has been unreal."
She didn't want to watch the tribute video beforehand, so she saw it for the first time while she was in the ring. Her reponse to Jess Palombo, who produced it: "It was perfect, it was beautiful, and seriously you can go fuck yourself." (note that this was said with a laugh, as Amanda is someone who doesn't like to cry but that video 'broke her')
"I get really, really fucking angry if I see anybody who's like, 'Oh, they're exploiting the family.' No, they're going above and beyond to let an 8-year old live his favorite thing in the world, and have his connection with his dad."
For full disclosure, Amanda was the one who asked to do the podcast, to hopefully clear the air and help provide some insight.
There's been talk of -1 doing a future podcast along with Preston Vance.
Note: I just want to reiterate how often and how passionately Amanda commended the nurses she worked with for all of the great things that they do. On multiple occasions she specifically mentioned Penny, Barb, and Jill from the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville (the latter of which she was so happy to see on the day that Brodie passed that it was one of the handful or so times that she cried throughout this ordeal), as well as Danny from AdventHealth in Tampa. Additionally, AEW's Margaret Stalvey & Megha Parekh (through the recommendation of Chris & Alissa Harrington) were like "guardian angels" and mentioned numerous times. Also, she spoke particularly fondly of Cody Rhodes and Chris Jericho.

For example, when i see a post on reddit with a link instead of opening in vanced it opens in normal youtube. Any way to change the "default app" like you can in Windows 10 for example?
[Question] How to set Vanced as default YouTube app for browser
So I tried a bunch of stuff, of course the obvious Vanced > open in this app and Youtube > In other app and then cleared chrome defaults, it didn't work, I'm still redirected to Youtube app so I disabled it and it started opening YouTube in a chrome tab not in Vanced. So I uninstalled YouTube with ADB and tried opera ( a lot of it's variants), brave, Firefox, edge, etc. Brave worked for a bit but then it became a hit or miss (sometimes Vanced other times Tab), the opera touch it's the only one working well everytime but I hate the UI. Do you guys know what could be the problem? I also tried the app "Open link with" that allows to redirect through the share menu but for some reason it doesn't show Vanced. I have the non-root version running in Android 10 on a Nokia 5.1 plus.

Every time I open a link to a youtube video, be it here in reddit or on chrome or even on video descriptions in YouTube vanced it always opens on normal youtube. I have cleared all defaults for the normal Youtube app but it keeps happening.

One of the 4 delinquents of "The 100" that made it all the way to the last episode! The other 3 being Clarke, Murphy, and Octavia. So some things about Miller:
His longest conversations were with Bryan. Bryan was only in 2 seasons (his last episode being 4x02). But their relationship was defined by political and moral differences. That was a dynamic the writers loved to explore, so Miller and Bryan got a lot of lines together to depict the different sides of these dilemmas.
In contrast to Bryan, Miller didn't have much conflict with Jackson. Both were staunch supporters of Blodreina. Was there even one scene in S5 that showed these two ever wavering? Their conversations in S5 weren't very long since there wasn't a dynamic the writers wanted to focus on that could tie their relationship to the bigger story. Not until S6, Miller and Jackson's dialogue really started to increase, because both started to feel guilt and trauma from the bunker (moreso for Miller) and they were there to reassure and confide in each other.
I thought Harper would be a bit higher. But surprisingly, they have no scene where it's just the two of them alone. In groups with Harper, he doesn't talk to her that much and he mostly talks to others like JaspeMonty in S2, Kane in S3, and Octavia/Monty in S5. The exception was in 3x12, when Harper asked Miller to tell her a scary story, and Bryan didn't want any part of it.
What Is Counted As A Line? If you want more info on what I counted as a line, check out the Clarke or Bellamy posts and you should find the explanations there. Just to clarify, 'lines' mean two-sided: direct lines that Miller said and that was said to him. So 78 lines with Bellamy means the combined total of lines Miller spoke to Bellamy and also the lines Bellamy spoke to Miller. Miller's highest season for dialogue was S3. His relationship with Bryan gave him a huge boost in lines, especially since that relationship was relevant to the Pike storyline.
Obviously, his lowest season was S1, since his first appearance was in 1x07. So despite him being one of the original 100 delinquents, he was only in 1/3rd of the season.
Miller's Final Rankings (Including Top Episode For Each Character) Eps = The number of episodes where Miller and the character have directly interacted. Episodes where they are in the same room but don't interact one-on-one do not count. #1-20 #21-35 Miller does interact with more than 35 characters! But not enough "main" characters. [Question] Webview: Option to open video with Vanced gone after update to Android 11
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but it's my best bet so far. Feel free to refer me to somewhere else if you think I would have better chances to get an answer there. I updated to Android 11 a couple of days ago and ever since I'm missing the option to open youtube videos in Vanced, when they are being opened in android's webview. To give you an example: I'm scrolling reddit and click on a link in mealtimevideos. The video opens in webview and starts with an annoying add. I used to be able to click the three dots in the bottom right corner and select 'open in/with app'. I could then select Vanced to open the video. This way I could avoid the add and enjoy all the other benefits of Vanced. After the update to Android 11 I only get the option to 'open with firefox' when clicking the three dots. Any ideas on how I can get the option to open videos in Vanced back into webview? I tried googling, but couldn't get any reasonable results. But I'm also struggling to word my question concisely and specifically. Thanks for your help!

John Silver vs. Orange Cassidy Summary: Orange Cassidy is a lazy wrestler who can go toe to toe with the best, if he bothers to try. John Silver, a member of the Dark Order, is a little bundle of hyperactive aggression. Orange Cassidy took on the leader of the Dark Order, Mr. Brodie Lee for the TNT championship. While Mr. Brodie Lee won, the Dark Order, and John Silver in particular, want to punish Cassidy for even trying in the first place. This will be a pretty comedic match, by two people who are genuinely good in the ring.
TNT Title: Cody Rhodes (TNT Champion) vs. Darby Allin Summary: Cody is the son of legendary wrestler Dusty Rhodes, a charming talker and face of the company. He is the TNT Champion. World Tag Team Titles: FTR (AEW Tag Team Champions) vs. The Young Bucks Stipulation: If the Bucks lose, they can never challenge for the Tag Team belts again. Summary: FTR are arrogant brawlers who say they're the best tag team in the world, and they have the AEW Tag Team titles to prove it. The Young Bucks are arrogant high-fliers who say they're the best tag team in the world. They've both been arguing over who is the best for years, and now finally get to prove it. Previously, FTR messed with the Young Bucks by manipulating Hangman Adam Page, taking the Bucks out of the last title match, and the Bucks are still upset about it.
10/28 - FTR and The Young Bucks are interviewed. FTR leave when they think the Young Bucks are getting preferential treatment. The Bucks announce that if they lose this match, they’ll never challenge for the tag titles again.
Women's World Title: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Nyla Rose Summary: Hikaru Shida is the AEW Women's champion, who had been doing an open challenge for her title. Nyla Rose is a bruiser of a beast, loving to slam women through tables. She's recently gotten Vickie Guererro as her manager. Nyla lost her world title to Shida earlier this year, and has been waiting for a rematch.
World Title Eliminator Tournament Final: Kenny Omega vs. Hangman Page Summary: Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page until recently were tag team champions. Hangman's bad decisions lead to their defeat at the hands of FTR. Now Kenny wants to go back to being a singles star, and Adam Page feels abandoned and hurt. Can the sad drunken cowboy beat his former partner, one of the best wrestlers on the planet? Winner of this match gets a shot at the World Championship. The saga of Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page is one of the best storylines in wrestling to date. The first chunk of it is summarized here, and the second chunk was summarized by me here. I am not including the Being The Elite segments here too, even though Hangman has been doing some REALLY good work there, because they are really tied up with other plots and hard to summarize briefly.
Chris Jericho vs. MJF Stipulation: If MJF wins, he can join The Inner Circle. Summary: Chris Jericho is a raging egotistical rock star, and leads the villainous Inner Circle. MJF is a spoiled egotistical rich guy, with a massive bodyguard in Wardlow. MJF wants to join the Inner Circle, but has to beat Chris Jericho to prove he has what it takes.
9/9 - MJF and Jericho meet and compliment each other, but each secretly call the other a loser.
11/4 MJF and Wardlow face Sammy Guevara and Ortiz. Matt Hardy, in disguise, attacks Sammy in anticipation of their match, allowing MJF to win. MJF then attacks Chris Jericho at the announcers desk.
Elite Deletion: Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara Summary: Matt Hardy, a legend in the ring, has been trying to get Sammy Guevara to reach his full potential by leaving Chris Jericho's side. Sammy doesn't want an old man telling him what to do. They've been feuding for months now, with both of them getting injured along the way. It really needs to end. This will be a cinematic match, filmed at the Hardy Compound.
9/5 - Matt Hardy is legitimately injured during his match against Sammy at All Out, but finishes the match anyways, despite that being a really really dumb idea, beating Sammy Guevara. Probably AEW's worst decision to date.
11/4 - While Matt Hardy is coaching Private Party before their match, Sammy Guevara attacks him from behind.
AEW World Title "I Quit" Match: Jon Moxley (AEW Champion) vs. Eddie Kingston Summary: Jon Moxley is a tough bastard, who spent years in the WWE, and beat Chris Jericho to become the AEW World Champion earlier this year. Eddie Kingston has been an indie wrestler for years, struggling to make ends meet before recently joining AEW. Eddie thinks Moxley is a sell out. Moxley thinks Eddie has become bitter and jealous. Once friends, now they're going to practically murder each other in the ring. NOTE: The promos that both Moxley and Kingston are giving are PHENOMENAL.
10/14 - Moxley defends against Lance Archer. After the match, Kingston and his family beat up Moxley. Kingston cuts a BRUTAL promo after the show finishes airing. (Anyone got a link to it?)
I know this question has been asked a lot here so I apologize, but I have read all the threads and still cannot solve my problem! Video links in the Chrome and Reddit mobile app only open the video in Chrome (while the official YT app is disabled). When the YT app is enabled, the videos open there. This problem persists even after the phone is restarted. I have also tried the "Open link with" app to no avail. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you!
I've tried quute a few things that people have posted on reddit to open vanced from google, but even after clearing defaults links always go to base youtube, and if i disable youtube it opens the browser based youtube in chrome, anyone have any advice for me?
