Why you should go for ELY

Hear me out, Callaway is set to boom after announcing the merger with Topgolf.
When they announced it, Callaway dropped 25% to around $15 or so. At the moment they’re at 27+ (highest it’s been since like 1997)
The golf business is booming with the pandemic. People who can’t throw a baseball 3 yards and picking up golf because it’s safe and “athletic”
Callaway just signed on one of the best golfers in the game.
The real sweet deal is Topgolf. Topgolf comes with the venues, both domestic and international (just opened Dubai). Toptracer technology which is 200% yoy, that’s the red line you see when a golfer hits a ball and it tracks it for you for the people that don’t know golf. They’re also in a ton of casinos, hotels and existing driving ranges with that technology. Additionally topgolf grows about 30% a year and average venue will do $17 million a year in revenue, 4-5m in profit.
Here’s where it gets even sweeter. Topgolf’s current ceo until the merger is Dolf Burle. He came from Dave n Busters, where he implemented a lot of things before he took them public. Dave n Busters half off Wednesday = Topgolf half off Tuesday. We all know how successful DnB was without anything addition other than their venues. Opened at 17 and maxed at 70 or so. The pandemic hasn’t slowed anything down at these Topgolf venues. They should be finalizing the deal in the next couple of months. Do you DD, but I’m standing by this
Positions for me 312 shares @ 18.77, I would’ve bought more but I had limited funds.
TL;DR Callaway + Topgolf = $$ 🚀 🚀 🌝 🌝

Became friends and then it became a thing and back to "friends"

I got a promotion at my job and moved to a new area that has people fix problems at my job before they go to a customer. I met this girl who works all over my department and I started to have a thing for her. She had a 2 year old and a baby daddy who was a prick.
I am (M26) and she is (F22). Ill call her J. J was in an on and off again relationship with her sons dad. When I first met J and got to know more about the people i work with, I was bummed when I heard she was in a rocky relationship but the fact she had a son did not one bit. During the holiday season J told me that she ended it with him and that she wanted to be single for awhile because she thought dating was hard as a single parent. On Jan 3rd, at work a group of us planned to go out after work and try TopGolf and that fell through so it was two other people, J, and myself. We ended up at Dave N Busters and I had her number and we all ate, drank, and played some games. We left and then about month later we started talking through snapchat to be safe because we did not know how work would react if anything happened or got serious.
So in March we started to text back and forth on snapchat every minute of the day and we hangout and we just talked for hours and she spent the night but nothing happened due to the time of the month and J said if it wasn't that time it would have happened. A few days later when her ex had her son again, and she came over and we did the same thing and talked and right before we called it for the night we had sex and it was the best we both had of all time. I did not care for the constant sex that followed but just the happiness that was sparked when we were together. Over the next 3 and a half months I moved closer to work and near her, after moving i met her brother, then her dad a few weeks later and we made it official. Every Wed she would go out to eat with a group of co workers and since we were seeing each other and I was a supervisor, i did not go but was asked many time by them. One night they went to the casino after they all ate. She also told me that she fucked up when went out with people from work and she took a hit off a thc pen and told me she was looking for another job with less stress so we could date and see what happens but that is off the table now from what she said.
Now in July and she said she thinks its a bad Idea for us to date if I work with her because she thinks ill give her favoritism. She wanted to end the thing we had going because she was afraid of back lash from another person who is not happy with anyone that is happy. I told her everything i felt and all she would say was I'm sorry over and over.
"She said she was not sorry for loving me, falling for me, sleeping with me, I'm not sorry for being a pain in your ass. I thought about our future with you and it felt right. When I was with you it felt like everything was okay. And I love that about you. Giving this all up is fucking hard. I may not show it but it's painful. You're such a great guy and I hate the fact of letting you go. this is not at all what I wanted for us."
When I read that over and over I thought why was this happening to me? I treated her with all respect, love, compassion, and trust. If she was not at home with her son, then we would all be out doing stuff together until he wanted to go home. I told her how i felt about what we were going through and i sent many messages that explained why we are happy together and why we should try to work out the issues instead of breaking off something that we both think was a great thing because we were both in bad places in relationships for the longest time. After talking a few time she said all she wants is a friendship and nothing more and we both concluded we rushed the relationship and when i sent her one message about talking the next day, she said "just friends".

Possibilities?

With COVID19 basically fucking any chance of some companies going public this year, for example Gateway Casino/ Entertainment (LACQ) merger might not happen. What are the chances Topgolf and Airbnb decide to take the route DraftKings did to go public with a reverse merger to salvage their 2020 plans of having an IPO?

Topgolf

Had a work function in Chicago this weekend at a Topgolf and was surprised at how fun it ended up being, especially since I don't golf. Do you think Cedar Rapids could support a Topgolf? It sucks the closest ones are in the bigger metropolitan areas.

Hey fellow golfers! I'll be in Las Vegas July 10th thru 14th. My girlfriend has a teaching conference and I'm tagging along. I'm planning on doing top golf one of the days and thought I'd extend an invitation to anyone wanting to join me. I'll be visiting from South Dakota and have never gotten to try top golf. Let me know if you're interested!

Imagine that you won a couple of million in one of the best casinos. Perhaps you would like to enjoy it, right? Now, you can afford anything. Any door to the luxurious will be open before you. Here are a few ways to spend how to spend millions in Las Vegas.
1) "Drink a few glasses of expensive brandy"
The right drink will help you to recover from the feeling of a grand victory in the game room. The high roller lounge called "The Talon Club" is tucked away on the 2nd floor of the famous Cosmopolitan. Here, you can buy a ounce of the Balvenie 50 Year Old whiskey that cost $3,500.
https://preview.redd.it/eb40ltdxrre21.jpg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=267ec9ed7c0a69c03dea5962d8b5ecb31e74d306
Did you win enough for this? Then, visit the Wine & Whiskey Lounge and book a great whiskey flight which includes 4 types of whiskey. Such a tasting set will cost up to $ 85. It will take you to Scotland immediately.
2) "How about a cocktail for $10K?"
Any Las Vegas bar has great cocktails for 10-20 dollars. But now you are a high roller, so you can buy what is luxurious and unique. What about a $ 10,000 cocktail? This unique cocktail called "Ono" is available at the XS nightclub.
https://preview.redd.it/n9kohg02sre21.jpg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1680e963cf44135aca3bc6ea67cb5a5d75f63be7
The composition of the drink includes "Rémy Martin Black Pearl Cognac" and "Charles Heidsieck Champagne Charlie-1981" with a pair of Mont Blanc cuff links and an 18-karat white gold chain, of course.
3) "Burger that costs as much as a car"
You do not know how to enjoy high roller status? There are many tasty burgers that cost up to $ 500. If you want to buy something more expensive, then pay attention to Fleur Burger which costs $ 5,000 at Chef Hubert Keller’s restaurant (Mandalay Bay). Here you get Wagyu beef, some black truffles and foie gras. This big burger goes well with the exclusive 1995 Petrus.

4) "Invite your friends to golf in the sky"
Golf is always associated with rich people. Topgolf Las Vegas is #1 among all popular places among wealthy tourists who do not know how to spend a lot of money.
Located at the MGM Grand, it also offers pool, bars and a Chairman’s Suite.
30 of your friends and you can have fun and enjoy a great three-hour game in a luxurious suite, with a large bar and a snack menu. Such entertainment will cost only $ 8,000.
5) "Run the Bellagio Fountains"
You won a few million and do not know how to spend $ 250,000? Now, you can control the beautiful and famous Bellagio Fountains.
https://preview.redd.it/nj2paqkgsre21.jpg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d439bfd65c37c1b6a4b2b4a12af636cc9e88814c
Imagine sitting in a Hyde club, choosing a Bruno Mars song and drinking an exclusive Ace of Spades that comes with a big red button. Click it to turn on the song and enjoy the wonderful fountain show.
6) “VIP status”
Las Vegas is a modern metropolis associated with luxury and wealth. All outstanding artists and shows come here. Don't miss the chance to attend the legendary Cirque du Soleil’s "O" for $ 457 a pop.
If you want to enjoy the show, then pay $ 2k for VIP status. So, you get a glass of expensive champagne and snacks before the show. In addition, you will receive a bottle of champagne / wine or great cocktails during the show.
7) "Private Tour To Grand Canyon"
Big win gives access to great places which not anyone can afford. Paying $ 8,800 you can enjoy a private flight over the Grand Canyon with friends.
https://preview.redd.it/rx5940ojsre21.jpg?width=1920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=418a2a29422ddc50cb4326ec2fd5b5c2f297c254
You will also receive a limousine that takes you to the airport. After that, you will enjoy flying on a luxurious plane. An experienced guide will fill your holiday with adventure or luxury. You have a great chance to see the Grand Canyon and have a lot of fun.
8) "Enjoy all kinds of massage"
Probably massage is a common thing for many. But believe me, this massage will take you to a new level. Try the Four Hands Massage at the Spa. Two experienced therapists use special oils and fragrances that will help you relax and forget about everything.
